THE WAY YOU PLAY
The long road to the last double.
World Championship is a dedicated competition mode in Championship Darts Scorer. It combines a full knockout field with a realistic day-by-day schedule you can return to as you play.
Opposition at your level
Choose the championship difficulty by maximum average. That choice determines the CPU field, giving you a way to build a tournament around your current level.
A seeded draw
Assign human players to any of the 32 seed positions or leave them unseeded. CPU players fill the remaining seeded places based on their averages.
Standard or short format
Choose standard matches for a longer championship or short matches when you want a quicker route through the event. You can also choose whether to use double out.
A tournament to come back to
Follow the schedule, play your matches and continue your saved championship later. The competition keeps track of completed matches and records the champion when the event is finished.
Make it your championship
Give the competition its own name and bring human players into the field. For events where you want to design the group stages and knockout rounds yourself, use a custom tournament instead.
Open World Championship
Choose World Championship from the app's start screen and create a new championship.
Choose the challenge
Name your event, select a difficulty and choose standard or short matches. Add human players and assign any seeds.
Follow the schedule
Create the championship and play through the draw. Continue the saved event whenever you are ready for the next session.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you throw.
Do I need 128 real players?
No. Any places you do not fill with human players are filled automatically with CPU players from your chosen difficulty.
Can I play shorter championship matches?
Yes. Select Short when creating the championship. Standard is available when you prefer the longer format.
Is this the official PDC World Darts Championship?
No. This is an independent, playable championship mode in Championship Darts Scorer. The app is not affiliated with the PDC or Championship Darts Circuit, and this page is not an official event, ticketing or broadcast service.
