1. Service and contact

Championship Darts Scorer 2 provides darts scoring, statistics and related game features. It is provided by Jens Kangosjärvi, operating as Giron Apps. For support, cancellations or complaints, email championshipdarts@outlook.com.

2. Web free trial

The web trial lasts 30 days from account creation. No payment card is required for the first 10 days. After day 10, register a card to continue for the remaining trial. Adding a card later does not restart or extend the trial. Your exact trial dates are shown in the app.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Web subscriptions are paid through Stripe. The price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. Your selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled. The first payment is due at the end of the trial, or when you subscribe if the trial has already ended.

4. Cancellation

Cancel automatic renewal at any time using Manage subscription in the app, or contact us by email. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment. The subscription management page shows when cancellation takes effect. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Consumer rights

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering into your subscription agreement to withdraw without giving a reason. Email us a clear request to withdraw and identify your account. Refunds are handled as required by applicable law. These terms do not limit your mandatory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

6. Use and other platforms

Use the app lawfully, keep your account secure and only upload content you have the right to use. Sign-in, payments and online features require an internet connection; offline access is limited as shown in the app.

The billing and trial terms above apply to the web app. Microsoft Store purchases use Microsoft's checkout, subscription management and applicable purchase terms.
